I ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 HOURS in advance, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to pay a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service. If you cancel the day of your appointment you will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of your scheduled service. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule based on my schedule, and will be subject to a 50% fee equal to your scheduled service if I cannot get you in that day. If you NO CALL/NO SHOW your appointment, you will receive an invoice equal to 100% of your scheduled service and will not be able to reschedule with me until invoice is paid. If you are running late, need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know ASAP. 🤍
